Random fact: Micheal Jackson was involved in the production of Sonic the Hedgehog 3. He was hired to be a music composer but was fired once his "Scandels" became public. However there is some proof that some of the music he composed did make it into the game. That proof is in some of the songs he made after Sonic 3 was released. Who is it happens to be one of those. It sounds similar to Ice Cap Zone's music at a slower pace.
