Erika: Right… When a Pokemon, get's Poison, and you move, that Pokemon will lose health, and in battle when that Pokemon, fights, and if that Pokemon, is still standing, that Pokemon will lose health again. Treat it with an Antidote, or a Poison Cure Berry.

Erika: If your Pokemon gets, Paralyzed, the other Pokemon, will be quicker, than yours, and can deal some damage, and sometimes your Pokemon will be unable to attack, and it'll give that Pokemon the upper advantage. Treat it, with a Paralyze Heal, or a Paralyze Cure Berry.

Trainer: No, she said, Poison, Paralyze, and just now Sleep.

Erika: If your Pokemon gets Confused, it can attack itsself, and giving the foe, an advantage, so re-call your Pokemon, or call it. You can use a Full Heal, to cure it, or use a Bitter berry.
