nope. Why keep up with the new games if you can't play them? ¯\_()_/¯
Linux 3DS has new life! Someone else fixed the driver issue, so development can continue! (Also I got a phat PS2 and stuck FHDB on it. Sweetness!

^ Nope. Only thing I've recently heard from them besides Pokémon, is Town.
< Town is half of why I believe Game Freak is lazily throwing Pokémon games together because the fanbase doesn't care about quality.
V Gen V is actually pretty good lookin', don'cha think?

^ I could go on for hours praising the graphic design choices in Gen V. It's just amazing.
< Sudden problems with the local college the day before classes are supposed to start? Heater breaking when it's below freezing outside? Perfect, an excuse to bring back the super dark and aggressive music and catch up on Berserk! When I'm done sorting these out…
V As a general habit, do you use Fahrenheit or Celsius?

^ Celsius, of course. Imperial units are stupid in 99% cases, where standard units make sense
< Exams soon… and I'm way the hell not ready

^ More than candy! :P
< "Proof-listening" a piece I wrote most of in October. Now that it's been in my memory for this long, though, some of the stuff I originally thought were mistakes are now "just part of it" and don't strike me as things to change…I suppose the lesson is to call it a day sooner rather than later.
V Do you like stuffed toys?

^ I'm not good at Tetris, but the concept of a Tetris Battle Royale… I dunno, I'm waiting to see. It's not for me, anyways. :P
< I'mmm… gonna be late.
V What do you think about the decline of UX in general? How companies favor rushing products out the door, worsening the UX, and nobody cares about it?

Re: The V,^,and < game

^ That it seems to be happening with some things; 'to get the product out for a cheap buck' from a cynical perspective. At the same time, there are companies who still deliver great products, and I guess bad UX has happened in the past as well. However, I don't know much about it.
< Happy :) Gonna chill tonight.
V What do you think of the Sonic The Hedgehog franchise?

^ The concept is good, but correctly designing and programming gameplay revolving around high speeds is complicated. That ended up producing a lot of subpar games. Plus Sonic Team seems to not give a lot of care about the rest (story, character design…) which is not helping the games when they have poor gameplay or gfx. And then you have stuff like the 2D games, especially Mania, where the devs did put all that care into everything, and the result is just awesome.
< Oh boy, I screwed up my circadian cycle again. Oh well!

< …I don't know! What is RE-ing something in that context, Isso?
