Glitch power doesn't really matter, but it's a good indicator of whether or not somebody is annoying, or if they haven't been on for a while. Of course, some people *cough*Newo*cough* are just silly and have their glitch power at ridiculous amounts.

I have the actual comic. The pun that I had to cut off in the lower right hand corner says "How 'engaging'." But I have to wonder what it says in the original, Japanese version. Do kids in Japan watch TNG?

Star Trek: The Next Generation. I suppose if we watch dubbed anime then perhaps the Japanese watch Star Trek with subtitles. Still, TNG has a limited fanbase; I didn't get the joke until just this week, and I doubt many people did. Who knows?
