I gave up on understanding the rhyme or reason in MeBoy(and MeBoy-F)-introduced glitches.

Wait what MeBoy introduced glitches? Mind giving a few examples?
I know what MeBoy is but idk it was such garbage as i never used it…

Trust me, it is garbage.
For starters, if you play for a while (time depends on the game), game just freezes (good luck if it happens mid-save), if you saved in-game while inside the savestate, and then nuked that savestate, saves in the main game may RANDOMLY become way older than they should (happened with my first Dragon Warrior Monsters playthrough - finished game with all the monsters became a mid-game save with barely half of the bectiary filled ><).
Games that are pirated or just heavily glitch-prone can get random errors that throw you out of the game (pirated Pokemon Green has these, and they made elite4 unbeatable, and "Pokemon Diamond" Telefang bootleg, - with stabilising patch, may I add, - literally crashed if you stepped onto some map tiles).
Graphic errors appear even in "improved graphics" mode (DWM gets all the moving map sprites cut in half or become invisible on certain moments).
Some games won't let you move properly if you put in frameskip (in Dragon Warrior 3, I couldn't make just one step, it "slid" and made 2 instead, which made some thing real hard).
Sound support is so bad that I'd rather not have it there at all (the only thing it is useful for is making games slow enough to easily win casino minigames).
And it seems like Debug Yellow's debugging tool won't work properly, either (I can't write a string of zeroes into memory no matter how I try), tho it may be just me being dumb.

Okay, I've added Serious Discussions to the forums and made Debate Wars a sub-board of it.

>There's a fucking thunderstorm happening right now

I don't think I've ever experienced a thunderstorm in winter before. Neat.

I'm not sure alchemy is a real qualification you can obtain.

Regarding MeBoy, you might want to check this out:

The thing is with GBC.boy is that it's a paid app, as is GambatteDroid which is also based on Gambatte.

Which is pretty scummy IMO because they didn't develop Gambatte and they're profiting off it. Are they even complying with the GPLv2 here?

Tests should also be conducted on Pizza Boy, imo. It's actively developed, runs a custom engine, is free, and runs Aevilia fine (since it fixed something with rVBK, at least :p).
I'd be interested in seeing how this emulator fares.

Not sure if you were talking to me, so sorry if not. But my phone doesn't support any apps (as it's a phone, not smartphone), so it's no use for me…
