Ok, the thing is Mr. TTT which Sir Puppum named himself on this forum once and had the first frame as his avatar.  He later became Flashy and liked ANYTHING that flashed (and still does apparently.)  CJ Miller started to make fun of him and troll him due to both Mr. TTT and the flashyness so I made some crappy version of a flashing Mr. TTT here to piss him off (which was justified at the time):

He later changed it due to complaints of eye hurting, etc.

Anyway, I said I'd make a high quality version of this later in the future just for fun which I have done now, it's VERY high quality flashing Mr. TTT compared to that thing up there.

What's with the big pyramid of quotes?

Everyone is too immature to think of original things to say, so instead they just figured that if they quoted an enormous load of stuff and put "lol" or some other appropriate acronym on the end, then it would count as an actual post instead of the spam that I consider it to be.

Meh, at least some of us are intelligent to try and start up a conversation.

Hey Ketsuban. In Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness's Strategy memo, you can look up a Gardevoir's skirt and can zoom in on it a little. (not that there is really anything worth seeing. Of course you'll probably use your imagination and think of very perverted things.)
