Where's new moon?

Step-by-step:
1.) Go to Full Moon Island.
2.) Go left or right (I don't know which way) using walk-through-walls.
3.) You should arrive at New Moon Island.

If you want to get Arceus, cheat for an Azure Flute and go to the Spear Pillar. There, you will be askied to play a song with the Azure Flute. If you agree, a set of stairs will appear and lead you to Arceus. You cannot get out of Arceus's place, except with walk-through-walls.

uh, guys, I don't have AR. My cartridge just has a cheat feature. It can summon items but azure flute is not on the list.
